Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a local CDL Class B route representative to sell and deliver product to grocery stores on the Davenport route in Iowa. You will place orders, merchandise displays, and ensure products are available on store shelves for shoppers.

Responsibilities include driving sales through in-store promotions, maintaining displays, unloading products, and using handheld devices to complete daily tasks. You will follow DOT rules and work with teammates in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement; must be 21+ to meet medical certification requirements.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product with equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver product, place orders, and merchandise to ensure products are available on store shelves.
• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
• Unload products, place product in back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and collaborate with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform daily truck inspections
