Job summary

Schwan's is hiring a local CDL Class B route representative to sell and deliver our pizza and dessert brands. You will place orders, merchandise displays, and work to grow in-store sales on an assigned route.

The role requires a Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement, ability to lift 35 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Mon-Fri schedule with some weekends and a base plus commission structure.

Qualifications

• Experience in DSD, grocery or retail sales is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and handle frozen product.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement and medical certification required; age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver product to stores on assigned route.
• Place orders and drive additional sales by securing display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise products and maintain display space; rotate products as needed.
