Job summary

Schwan's Company is actively hiring a local CDL Class B route representative to sell and deliver products, place orders, and merchandise to ensure availability on store shelves for shoppers.

The role requires a Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement, 21+ years old, ability to lift 35 pounds, and willingness to pass background, drug test, and DOT requirements. On-site route with potential weekends.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement; must be 21+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical requirements.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using equipment.
• Experience in DSD, grocery, retail sales, delivery, or warehouse preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
• Unload products and place in back room; collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work well with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform daily truck inspections.
