Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions in Mount Vernon, TX is seeking a CDL Class B Truck Driver to operate a waste hauling truck for residential pickups. You will perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and follow safety rules, ensuring proper unloading into a compactor. The schedule is Monday–Friday with 10–12 hour shifts and home daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable Class B driving experience required.
• CDL Class A or B required.
• No more than one moving violation on MVR within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a waste hauling truck.
• Completes daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Complies with truck driving rules and company policies.
• Maneuvers trucks into loading/unloading positions.
• Lifts and carries residential waste into a compactor.
• Inspects vehicles for issues and reports maintenance needs.
• Reports defects, accidents, or violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
