Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a CDL Class B Truck Driver to operate a waste hauling truck for residential trash and recycling pickups. You will lift and deposit waste into a compactor, stay safety-minded, and inspect vehicles for issues along your route.

Schedule is home daily, Monday–Friday, 10–12 hour shifts with potential overtime. We offer multiple health plans with HSA, dental and vision, company-paid life insurance, a 5% retirement match, PTO, and LifeMart discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class B driving experience.
• CDL Class A or B required.
• No more than one moving violation on MVR within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a waste hauling truck within approximately 150 miles of home.
• Completes daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Compliance with truck driving rules and company policies.
• Maneuvers trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Lifts and carries residential waste into a compactor.
• Inspects vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and reports maintenance needs.
• Reports defects, accidents, or violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
