FreshPoint Bix Produce Company, LLC is seeking a delivery driver responsible for daily routes, loading/unloading products, and ensuring accurate deliveries. The role involves cross-dock operations, hand-truck handling, and frequent customer interactions in varying weather conditions.

The position requires 1 year of route delivery experience or similar driving background, a Class B CDL (Class A preferred), and strong English communication skills. DOT and company safety rules apply.

Competenze

• High School or GED or equivalent is required.

Mansioni

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas; transport as needed.
• Lift, push, or move product up to 75 pounds, up to 100 pounds with assistance; stack pallets.
• Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures; communicate errors/returns to management.
• Call in when a customer does not receive entire order (shorts).
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT and Sysco policies.
