Hillyard, Inc. is seeking a CDL-B Route Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team in Flagstaff, AZ. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with most nights at home and only 2–4 overnight trips per month, focusing on safe, reliable, and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-B vehicle on the assigned route.
• Load, unload, and deliver products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
• Secure cargo and perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with a professional attitude.
• Communicate delivery updates and route information with internal teams.
• Assist in resolving delivery or inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Complete delivery paperwork and use company tools throughout the day.

Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a CDL-B Route Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team in Flagstaff, AZ.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a CDL-B commercial delivery vehicle throughout your assigned route.

• Properly secure cargo and perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while maintaining a professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Communicate customer needs, delivery updates, and route information with internal teams.
• Assist in resolving delivery or inventory discrepancies when needed.
• Complete delivery paperwork and utilize company communication tools throughout the workday.
