Hillyard, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our Operations team. The role supports order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping, ensuring accurate picks, packs, and shipments.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or distribution experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday–Friday day shift and a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience with pick, pack, and ship processes is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate battery-powered material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory while helping keep the warehouse organized and clean.

• Use basic computer systems and email to support warehouse operations.
