Class B Delivery Driver - Denver, CO

As a Delivery Driver, you will receive extensive training to learn our products, equipment, and delivery processes. You will handle customer orders, maintain a DOT-certified vehicle, assist with warehouse duties, and provide friendly, professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products efficiently within and around the Denver area.
• Assist in warehouse duties, including pulling and loading the vehicle as needed.
• Greet and acknowledge customers, responding promptly to questions.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the delivery area and ability to read maps and follow directions.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Independent worker.
• Valid Class B CDL, health card, HAZMAT, and airbrakes endorsements.
• Must pass post-offer employment tests, DOT physical, drug/alcohol test and background check.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous delivery driver experience preferred.
• Computer literacy required; SAP experience preferred.

Physical Demands

The Driver’s physical job demands include frequent lifting up to 50 lbs from 48 in. to floor; occasional carrying of 50 lbs for 100 ft+; frequent horizontal push/pull up to 35 lbs; frequent downward push/pull; climbing; walking; standing; and sitting. The PDC Level is HEAVY.
