Job summary

Interstate Waste Services is hiring CDL B Roll Off Truck Drivers in New Jersey. The role requires 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years, a valid CDL with airbrake endorsement, and a solid safety record. The job offers year-round steady work, full benefits, and PTO.

We operate in Northern NJ and surrounding regions, with early 6am starts and a Monday–Friday schedule, occasional Saturdays. Drivers will handle front/side/rear-loading trucks with both manual and automatic options.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Airbrake Endorsement.
• 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 7 years.
• Excellent safety record and clean MVR.
• Experience as a driver or helper for a refuse company preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and applicable traffic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate front, side or rear-loading trucks safely to collect waste or recycling materials.
• Transport material to disposal, transfer or recycling facilities; may make multiple trips per shift.
• Manual and automatic trucks may be deployed; follow route and safety procedures.
