Job summary

Interstate Waste Services in Gloucester, NJ is seeking a CDL B roll-off truck driver to join our team. The role offers an early start at 4:00am, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, and a pay rate of $28.80 per hour.

A minimum of 1 year Roll-Off experience and the ability to drive a manual transmission are required. Drivers operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks, transporting waste or recyclables to disposal or recycling facilities, potentially with multiple trips per shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Roll-Off CDL driving experience in the last 7 years.
• Great safety record and clean MVR.
• Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA and applicable regulations.
• Ability to speak and read English to communicate with the public and read reports.
• Read and understand maps for routing.
• Meet physical and safety requirements and DOT hours.”

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks for waste pickup and transport to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities.
• Perform multiple trips per shift and comply with safety and operation standards.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain compliance with DOT and company policies.
