Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide courteous, complete waste removal for customers. You will ensure the vehicle meets safety standards, adhere to Company, state, and federal regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports.

Responsibilities include pre/post inspections, route execution, proper loading, customer interactions, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle to ensure safety and proper function.
• Safely operate the heavy truck on designated routes and service customers as identified by the dispatcher.
• Load refuse, operate the loader/packer and dispose of material at the designated facility.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and coworkers to maintain timely service.
• Complete route productivity sheets and required reports; follow safety policies at all times.
