Job summary

Republic Services is hiring a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide timely waste removal for customers. You will ensure the vehicle meets safety standards, follow company and regulatory guidelines, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects.

Responsibilities include pre/post inspections, route execution, courteous customer interaction, and maintaining on-time service while adhering to safety policies and ReSOP procedures.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Ability to safely operate a collection truck and load refuse.
• Good customer service and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely drive route, service customers, and unload waste at disposal site.
• Complete route/productivity sheets and safety reports daily.
• Follow safety policies, participate in ReSOP, and maintain vehicle readiness.
