Qualifications

• Two years of medium/heavy equipment operation and maintenance experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Class B CDL with a clean driving history.
• Background investigation, including drug screen, required before employment.
• Work hours vary; location at 1809 W US Hwy 80.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle safety and operation checks before each route.
• Drive a recycling truck on an assigned route.
• Direct staff on vehicles; collect recyclables.
• Record carts, damaged items, bulk piles, and route notes.
• Ensure streets, lanes, and rights-of-way stay clean.
• Report city code violations and injuries to supervisor.
• Complete daily reports and daily log; perform other duties as assigned.
