Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking an Employee Shuttle Driver to ensure safe and timely transport for company personnel between designated locations. The role requires a valid CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement and the ability to operate in snow and extreme weather.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Experience driving in snow, ice, and extreme weather conditions.
• Organized, punctual, reliable with a positive attitude.
• Effective communication skills.
• Able to get in and out of shuttle multiple times a day in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform a daily pre/post trip inspection on the vehicle assigned.
• Obey posted speed limits.
• Arrive at shuttle collection points prior to scheduled departure.
• Manage passenger behavior for safety.
• Adhere to passenger and load capacity.
• Convey passengers to and from predetermined locations.
• Ensure passengers disembark safely before leaving.
• Communicate departure times to supervisor.
• Attend required safety meetings or training.
• Report incidents or maintenance needs to supervisor.
