Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort in Washington is seeking a seasonal Guest Shuttle Driver. You will transport guests between parking areas and the resort base using resort buses, with a valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement required.

The role includes comprehensive pre/post trip inspections and maintaining a safe, welcoming arrival experience for guests. The position is housing eligible with opportunities for growth within the Parking and Transportation unit.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL with Class B endorsement.
• Experience driving in snow, ice and extreme weather.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift and move lightweight equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle buses between parking areas and resort base.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Ensure passengers are safely loaded and seated during transport.
• Maintain safe driving practices in winter conditions and within resort limits.
• Provide excellent guest service and a welcoming arrival experience.
• Adhere to schedules and communicate with supervisor on delays.
