Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Guest Shuttle Driver (Part Time) to transport guests safely around the resort. You will operate resort-provided buses, perform pre/post trip inspections, and maintain a high standard of guest service in winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement.
• Experience driving in snow, ice and extreme weather conditions preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus.
• Organized, punctual, and reliable with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests safely and efficiently between parking areas and the resort base.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and basic level 1 maintenance.
• Ensure passengers are loaded/unloaded safely and within capacity.
• Communicate departure times and route changes to supervisor to avoid delays.
• Attend required safety meetings and training as needed.
