Job summary

Veolia is seeking experienced CDL B drivers to transport and dispose of waste following environmental policies. This role involves up to 3 overnight stays per week and occasional weekends with paid hotel expenses and per diem.

Responsibilities include safe transport, regulatory compliance tasks, and coordination of manifests for hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Strong English communication and a valid CDL-B are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class B CDL.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred; obtained at company expense if not held.
• TWIC Card preferred; English fluency important.

Responsibilities

• Transport waste safely according to all federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Label containers and complete pre-printed manifests/work orders; schedule shipments.
• Perform regulatory compliance and safety tasks including pre-trip inspections and reporting incidents.
• Process manifests, bills of lading, and LDRs for hazardous waste shipments per EPA/DOT rules.
• Provide waste removal services at customer sites; load and transport waste in tankers.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by management.
