Job summary

Republic Services in Plano, TX is seeking a Driver with a valid CDL-B license to safely operate a collection truck and provide reliable waste removal services for customers. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, follow routes, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include loading refuse, maintaining vehicle condition reports, interacting courteously with customers, and adhering to productivity targets while upholding Republic Services’ safety

Qualifications

• Must have Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure safety.
• Safely operate the collection truck on designated routes and service customers.
• Load refuse and operate the compactor following safety procedures.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and others on a daily basis.
• Complete required route/productivity sheets, VCRs and other reports.
