Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-B Delivery Driver in Shawano, WI to operate a tractor trailer or straight truck on local and interstate routes, delivering food and related products on a scheduled basis. This role starts at $26.50/hour during training with component pay after training.

Expect 5-day Mon-Fri shifts with 1am–5am dispatch times. A $5,000 sign-on bonus applies. Benefits begin Day 1, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-B license.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.
• Able to hand-lift and utilize equipment to move freight of varying size and weight.

Responsibilities

• Performs all required safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Report all safety issues and/or repairs required.
• Follows all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
• Unloads products and assists customers and stores.
• Completes daily record of hours of service and paperwork.
