Job summary

Imperial Brady, a leading distribution and solutions provider in Franklin, MA, is hiring a Class B Delivery Driver. You will manage a route of 20–25 daily stops, unloading with a pallet jack and lift gate while delivering to customer locations and maintaining strong service levels.

The position runs Monday through Friday starting at 5:00am, with a pay rate of 28.93 per hour. You will operate a 24’ box truck, track activity logs, and uphold safety and customer-focused standards on every delivery.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DOT Medical Exam.
• Good driving record.
• At least 1 year of CDL B experience.
• At least 1 year of route delivery experience.
• At least 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical workload.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck with 26,000 GVW.
• Load and unload cargo using hand tools, pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Track and document activity logs accurately.
• Report issues or incidents to dispatch promptly.
• Inspect the truck before and after trips.
• Maintain positive communication with customers.

The Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of 20-25 stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 5:00am-finish.

Pay rate: $28.93

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

You have:

• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Strong work ethic
