Imperial Brady is hiring a Delivery Driver (Class B) in Kentwood, MI. You will be responsible for delivering products to customer locations, unloading with pallet jack and lift gate, and maintaining accurate delivery logs.

The role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm or until routes are completed. Qualified candidates have a valid CDL B, pass a DOT medical exam, a good driving record, and at least 1 year of CDL B and route delivery experience with pallet jack and hand truck skills.

The Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm, or until the daily route is completed.

You Will

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

You Have

• A valid commercial driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Strong work ethic
