Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a CDL Automated Side Loader Driver in Augusta, GA. You will safely operate an Automated Side Loader on assigned routes, serving residential, commercial, and municipal customers with top-notch service.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, reporting issues, and maintaining a professional vehicle and customer interaction. DOT compliance and safety are emphasized throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an Automated Side Loader Truck on assigned routes.
• Serve residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers per route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.

You'll be responsible for safely collecting, transporting, delivering, or servicing materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Coastal professionally every day.What You'll DoSafely operate an Automated Side Loader Truck on assigned routes.Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with operational procedures.Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.At Coastal, we win as a team.
