Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is hiring a CDL driver to safely operate an automated side loader on assigned routes across residential, commercial, and municipal accounts.

You will collect, transport, and dispose of materials while maintaining on-time service and safety compliance. Ideal candidates will have a valid CDL with a clean record, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an Automated Side Loader Truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Assist teammates with other operational needs as directed by management.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Wear PPE at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Coastal Waste & Recycling professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate an Automated Side Loader Truck on assigned routes.

What You’ll Bring

• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules as business needs require.
