Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. in Florida is seeking a CDL Driver - Automated Side Load Driver to serve residential, commercial, and municipal customers along designated routes.

You will operate an automated side-load vehicle safely and professionally every day. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and reliability, with pre-trip and post-trip inspections, adherence to DOT rules, and teamwork with dispatch.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and related equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Automated Side Load Driver on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers based on assigned route.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Follow DOT regulations and wear PPE as required.
