Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a CDL Roll Off Driver to safely operate our Roll Off Truck on assigned routes across Florida, delivering dependable service to residential and commercial customers. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and professional customer interactions.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, follow DOT regulations, and work with the team to ensure on-time route completion while maintaining a clean, well-presented vehicle and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and associated equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Roll Off Truck on assigned routes.

• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials in accordance with procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or route delays promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology and electronic devices to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
