Hubbard Construction Company is seeking an Asphalt Distributor Operator to support road paving projects in Florida. The role involves operating an asphalt distributor, applying emulsions, and working with a chip spreader to set the pace of paving.

The position requires a CDL with N-tanker & X-hazmat endorsements, a safe driving record, and the ability to follow directions on busy job sites. Training and safety programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires demonstrable previous experience as an Asphalt Distributor Operator.
• A CDL A or B with N-tanker & X-hazmat endorsement and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to understand work directions and communicate with job site supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt distributor truck and apply emulsions to roadways.
• Set up and regulate spray bars and flow to meet project specs.
• Perform daily safety checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
