Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service per Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Respond to customer questions and walk them through projects when necessary.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and drivers for on-time deliveries.
• Unloads, inspects, and tests appliances upon delivery.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized stores and loading areas.
