Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a delivery associate to provide SMART customer service, assist customers, and ensure accurate loading and delivery of merchandise. You will load, unload, and test appliances, verify invoices, and maintain safe, DOT-compliant delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL License required for multi-unit CMV.
• Class B CDL License with air brake endorsement required for single-unit CMV.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screen.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Communicates information to customers regarding stock, special orders, and warranty information.
• Plans delivery activities, loads merchandise, and delivers according to schedule.
• Unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery.
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment and DOT compliance.
