Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment
• Ability to pass MVR screen in accordance with company requirements
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Must comply with DOT and CDL regulations

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies and programs
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Delivers merchandise, loads trucks, and coordinates with drivers to ensure on-time delivery
• Inspects products before loading and verifies items on invoice
• Maintains safe, clean stores and ensures DOT compliance and safety practices
• Communicates delivery status and assists customers with loading and unloading
