Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a delivery professional to provide excellent customer service, load and deliver merchandise, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries. You will verify items, assist customers, and coordinate with drivers while adhering to DOT regulations.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, installing appliances, and maintaining safe working conditions at all times. A CDL and medical certificate are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license(s) and ability to obtain required licensure.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment.
• Ability to pass MVR check per company requirements.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to comply with DOT/CDL regulations.
• Ability to obtain necessary sales-related licensure if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Plan delivery activities, load and deliver merchandise according to schedule.
• Inspect products before loading and verify items against invoices.
• Unload, install, and test appliances upon delivery; coordinate with drivers for delivery calls.
• Maintain clean, safe, and secure loading and delivery areas; comply with DOT regulations.
