Job summary

Lowe’s Home Centers, LLC is hiring a delivery associate to support customers by locating and loading merchandise, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring on-time loading and unloading of appliances. The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position requires CDL credentials, the ability to pass MVR checks, and adherence to Lowe’s delivery policies. Training and benefits are provided for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years old and able to obtain sales licensure as required by law.
• Must hold a Class A CDL or Class B CDL with endorsements to operate.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment.
• Ability to pass MVR screen per company requirements.
• Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers in locating and loading merchandise.
• Plan and execute delivery activities, load trucks, and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery and ensures vehicle safety and DOT compliance.
• Monitor safety, housekeeping, and security to maintain a safe store and delivery environment.
