Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a delivery associate to support customer service, loading and unloading merchandise, and coordinating deliveries. You will assist customers, verify items, and ensure safe, compliant loading and unloading of appliances and other goods.

Responsibilities include interacting with customers, maintaining DOT compliance, and logging delivery status while ensuring accurate loading practices and on-time delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL or Class B CDL with appropriate endorsements.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR and comply with DOT/CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service per Lowe's policies and assist customers with loading or locating merchandise.
• Coordinate delivery activities, load merchandise, and unload/install appliances as needed.
• Ensure loads are safe, within DOT regulations, and update delivery/status in systems.
