Qualifications

• Two years of experience in aerial construction or telecom trade.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to understand repairs or pole transfers.
• Cut, assemble, and install cables, mounts, and guy wires.
• Install and maintain fiber and cable equipment.
• Repair issues quickly when located.
• Check vehicles before operation for safety.

Skills

Knowledge of aerial cable installation procedures

Reading and understanding prints/maps

Familiarity with tools and equipment

Good driving record

Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
