Sage Truck Driving School is seeking an Administrative Enrollment Specialist to join our team and drive student enrollment. You will handle inbound inquiries, interview prospective students, discuss financing options, and coordinate start dates while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.

Responsibilities include campus tours, managing enrollment paperwork, and maintaining student records in our management system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies related to student enrollment.
• Receive inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls/emails to prospective students and schedule appointments.
• Assess and interview prospective students to determine needs and goals.
• Determine eligibility for employment in transportation industry by evaluating driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Develop referrals and personal leads.
• Conduct campus tours highlighting features and program offerings to help informed enrollment decisions.
• Discuss payment options and funding sources (e.g., financing, grants, veteran benefits).
• Follow up on inquiries that fail to schedule or attend interviews.
• Enroll students meeting eligibility; complete enrollment paperwork and orientation; plan start dates.
• Prepare and file documents for first day; provide placement info; update transcripts and graduation certificates.
• Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and payments; track attendance/earnings; assist with monthly reconciliations.
