Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is hiring immediate full-time Class A Yard Drivers in Seattle, WA. The role blends yard driving (50%) with warehouse tasks (50%), starting at $24.00 per hour.

Schedule is Monday through Thursday with a 4:00 PM start, working with Penske equipment including 53' dry vans and clamp trucks. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays from day one, health care coverage, retirement plans, and a driver referral program.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required; must be domiciled in the U.S. and reside in state of residence.
• Possess or be eligible to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• Clean DMV/MVR with limited violations or accidents; able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Must meet federal and state laws and safety requirements.
• Must be able to work the stated schedule and location.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers in and out of dock as directed; couple/uncouple trailers.
• Chock trailers while spotted for loading/unloading; pull from doors.
• Operate clamp truck to stage and sort products; load/unload trailers.
• Sort and place parts; stack pallets and boxes; shrink-wrap and label shipped items.
• Scan products using a warehouse management system.
