Job summary

Penske Logistics is hiring CDL Class A Yard Drivers in the United States. You will drive late-model Penske trucks, move trailers, couple/uncouple, and ensure safe handling with in-cab cameras. Enjoy home daily schedules, weekend opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Earn $25.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and a 5-day work week on a 2pm–10pm shift. Benefits include paid vacation from day one, retirement, medical/dental/vision, disability, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Must be domiciled in the U.S.
• DOT medical card (non-excepted interstate) required.
• 1 year tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with <=2 moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all laws, regulations and safety guidelines.
• Regular, predictable attendance essential.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• English language proficiency required by federal law.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers in and out of dock as directed.
• Couple and uncouple trailers.
• Chock trailers as spotted for loading/unloading and pull from doors.
