Penske is hiring immediate full-time Class A Yard Drivers in Winlock, WA. The role blends yard driving with warehouse tasks, using Penske equipment, with a 4:00 PM start Monday-Thursday.

Earn $24.00 per hour and overtime after 40 hours, with a comprehensive benefits package and frequent home time. Responsibilities include moving and coupling trailers, operating clamp and pallet equipment, loading/unloading, and scanning stock in a warehouse setting.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the past 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal/state laws, regulations, and agency rules; safety-conscious.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• English language proficiency required for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Move trailers in and out of dock as directed by leadership.
• Couple and uncouple trailers.
• Chock trailers as they are spotted for loading/unloading; pull from doors.
