Job summary

Bobcat of Youngstown - Leppo Rents in Ohio is seeking a yard and delivery associate to manage local equipment deliveries and yard operations. You’ll stay local, work hands-on with equipment, and contribute to smooth rentals.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, a valid CDL Class A license, physical stamina for outdoor work, and a team-first attitude. Hours are regular with growth opportunities in tech/rental roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A license required.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and pushing.

Responsibilities

• Perform checks to ensure equipment is clean, safe, and rent-ready.
• Handle local deliveries and transfers (no long-haul driving).
• Load, secure, and unload equipment safely.
• Work with team and customers during pickups and returns.
• Support yard safety and assist service/parts teams as needed.
