Job summary

Bobcat of Cleveland- Leppo Rents in Ohio seeks a yard and delivery associate. You will perform equipment checks, handle local deliveries and transfers (no long-haul driving), and manage yard operations to keep everything running smoothly.

You’ll work Monday–Friday with a day schedule, enjoy outdoor work in all weather, and play a key role in safety and customer service while growing into technician or rental roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A license with acceptable driving record.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift, bend, and pull.
• Safety‑first mindset with reliability.
• Team player who can jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform checks to ensure equipment is clean, safe, and rent-ready.
• Handle local deliveries and transfers (no long-haul driving).
• Load, secure, and unload equipment safely.
• Work closely with team and customers during pickups and returns.
• Help maintain a safe yard and report any issues.
• Support rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations.
