Leppo, Inc. is seeking a yard operations associate in Ohio to handle local equipment deliveries and manage yard tasks. The role involves stays local with home every night, performing checks and coordinating with the team and customers during pickups and returns.

The ideal candidate will hold a CDL Class A, enjoy outdoor work in all weather, and be physically capable of lifting and moving equipment. A safety-first mindset and team spirit are essential for success.

Responsibilities

Just Got Your CDL… But Don’t Want to Live on the Road? If you want a role where you’re not stuck in a seat all day — this is it.

In this role, you’ll handle yard operations and local equipment deliveries — no long hauls, no over-the-road grind. You’ll spend part of your time making local deliveries, and the rest keeping everything running smoothly in the yard.

This Role Gives You The Best Of Both Worlds

• Stay local (home every night)
• Get hands-on with equipment
• Some driving — but not all driving

Business Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (your evenings & weekends are free!)

What You’ll Do

• Perform checks to ensure equipment is clean, safe, and rent-ready
• Handle local deliveries and transfers (no long-haul driving)
• Load, secure, and unload equipment safely
• Work closely with team members and customers during pickups and returns
• Help maintain a safe yard and report any issues
• Support the rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations

• A valid CDL Class A license and acceptable driving record
