Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Yard Driver to move tractor trailers, load and unload at the docks, and coordinate with drivers and customers in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will operate safely under DOT regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in a team that supports America's food distribution system.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required.
• Clean MVR in last 3 years.
• Post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Able to hand-lift and operate equipment to move and/or stack freight.

Responsibilities

• Inspections and moves trailers safely following all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Fuels, moves, and parks tractors and trailers to the docks.
• Transports tractors to offsite maintenance/inspection facilities; requires local city driving.
• Secures trucks, trailers, and equipment; completes required documentation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
