Job summary

C.R. England is seeking experienced truck drivers for an on-site, full-time role based in Santa Maria, CA. The position involves hauling loads from the Walmart DC in Shafter to stores across California and Nevada, with 1–5 stops per load and a possible backhaul.

Expect about 1,700 miles weekly, 34-hour resets, and potential mid-week home time. Trucks are Sleeper with automatic transmissions and 53' dry van/reefer trailers. Shifts start 3pm–9pm.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Reliable transportation to commute to and from work
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees
