Job summary

C.R. England drivers haul no-touch freight from the Walmart Distribution Center in Shafter, CA to locations across California and Nevada. Expect 1–5 stops per load with a possible backhaul into the DC.

Shifts start between 3pm and 9pm with a 34-hour weekly reset and the possibility of getting home mid-week. Average weekly miles are about 1,700 with sleeper trucks and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience.
• Reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver loads from the Walmart DC in Shafter, CA to stores across CA and NV.
• Handle 1–5 stops per load with possible backhaul to the DC.
• Operate sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53' trailers.
