Blue Ridge Haulers in Arkansas is offering a CDL-A Truck Driver Trainee Paid Training Program. Train with an experienced mentor, then move into your own truck on our Eastern Regional Fleet, with home time every other week.

During training you’ll receive guaranteed weekly pay from day one, followed by solo pay of 1,500–1,600 per week and top earners over 1,800 per week. You’ll learn pre-trip inspections, backing, and logs while riding along real routes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• New CDL-A holders welcomed; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• No-touch, drop and hook dry van freight.
• Regional routes with home time every other week.
• Assigned truck after training.
