This program provides 4–6 weeks of mentor-led training, guaranteed pay during training, and a $0.56 CPM upon graduation, with home every two weeks. Regions east of I-35, with 60/40 drop-and-hook vs live loads, and updated Freightliner/Kenworth tractors.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience or 120 training hours from an accredited CDL program.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• No major moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No DUI in last 5 years.
• Employment history must meet company guidelines (gaps ≤6 months in past year or ≤12 months in last 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes with consistent miles and no-touch freight.
• Home every two weeks on a scheduled rotation.
• Manage 2,200–2,500 miles weekly with 60% drop-and-hook and 40% live loads.
• Distribute day and night dispatches based on freight demand.
• Operate 2022–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
