R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for CDL A Team Truck Drivers at our Colonial Heights, VA Service Center. These full-time opportunities will be responsible for the movement of trailers between Service Centers and/or turn-point locations.

All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week. You will earn $140k to $160k per driver with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision, a 401(k) with company matching contributions, paid vacation &

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with valid CDL required.
• 1 year of verifiable Class A driving in past 3 years.
• Good MVR/PSP; no serious violations; <=3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Age 23 (21 if FMCSA military transition).
• Ability to operate equipment safely and pass DOT physical & drug screen.
• Able to pass road test and lift/bend as needed.
• Dependable with reliable work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Move trailers between service centers and turn-point locations.

Job Description

CDL A Team Truck Drivers – Average $140k to $160k per driver

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for CDL A Team Truck Drivers at our Colonial Heights, VA Service Center. These full-time opportunities will be responsible for the movement of trailers between Service Centers and/or turn-point locations. All our teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week.

Requirements / Qualifications

• CDL Class A
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to complete a successful road test
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
• Experienced hauling Haz-mat
• Experienced pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience
