Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking new CDL-A holders in the Eugene area. Trainees will ride with an experienced driver, be paid weekly during training, and move to full pay after trainer sign-off. A guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months of solo driving supports transition.

Expect dry van freight across the western states, about 2,000 miles per week, with home every two weeks and 24/7 dispatch support. Benefits start after 30 days.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required with 21+ years old.
• Completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight across western states (west of the Mississippi).
• Operate with a trainer before solo driving.
• Home every 2 weeks; day and night dispatch; weekend driving expected.

Have your CDL-A but no driving experience yet? This is where you start. Eugene area drivers are joining a western regional fleet that trains new CDL holders on the road, pays them every week while they learn, and backs their first months solo with a guaranteed check.

How You Start

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
• Paid every week during training
• Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving

The Job

• Dry van freight across the western states, west of the Mississippi
• Around 2,000 miles per week
• Home every 2 weeks
• Day and night dispatch, weekend driving expected

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,500
• Starting rate of 50 cents per mile
• $15 stop pay
• Monthly driver performance bonus

What You Need
