Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Medford, OR is seeking entry-level CDL-A drivers to start with a paid training program alongside an experienced trainer. You'll drive dry van freight across the western states, about 2,000 miles per week, with home time every other week and a guaranteed first-month check.

You’ll train on real loads, learn on the road, and move into solo driving on full pay after your trainer signs off. Weekly pay starts with guaranteed $1,000 during the first three months and grows with

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and willingness to train with an on-road trainer.
• Completed 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Live within 200 miles of Troutdale, OR.

Have your CDL-A but no driving experience yet? This is where you start. Medford area drivers are joining a western regional fleet that trains new CDL holders on the road, pays them every week while they learn, and backs their first months solo with a guaranteed check.

How You Start

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
• Paid every week during training
• Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving

The Job

• Dry van freight across the western states, west of the Mississippi
• Around 2,000 miles per week

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,500
• Starting rate of 50 cents per mile
• $15 stop pay
• Monthly driver performance bonus
