R+L Carriers is seeking Class A linehaul truck drivers in Illinois. Drivers are home every day and PTO is available after 90 calendar days. The role offers a robust benefits package including access to company employee resorts.

Requirements include CDL A, 1 year of verifiable Class A driving in the last 3 years, clean MVR/PSP, ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening, and to complete a road test. Physical stamina and dependability are essential.

Qualificações

• CDL Class A required.
• 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP with no serious violations and <=3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Age 23 (21 if FMCSA military transition).
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must complete a road test.
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop.
• Must be dependable.

Company Culture

Requirements

• CDL Class A


• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years


• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.


• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL


• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times


• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen


• Must be able to complete a successful road test


• M ust be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty


• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements


• Experienced hauling Haz-mat


• Experienced pulling doubles


• Any LTL freight experience
